Purpose of the position: 

Oversight and decision-making of the maintenance daily operations.

Responsibilities: 

 

Duties and responsibilities:


  • Manage all the technical aspects related to the daily operations;
  • Responsible to create and monitor the Fleet performance, making sure that the Fleet remains safe and airworthy at any time;
  • Oversee the Maintenance Operation Control (MOC) activity in order to minimize disruption;
  • Ensure decisions are made in a safe manner and in line with the regulatory requirements
  • Manage and assure development of dedicated MOC Engineers in line with the defined and agreed Key Performance Indicators;
  • Provide oversight of the investigation and resolution of recurring defects with input from support departments including Reliability and Technical Services;
  • Assure effective communication with the technical support staff, AMO, MRO, flight crew, etc.;
  • Maintain AD-HOC call address list with up to date data;
  • Report weekly to the Management the AOG/OOS altogether with their analysis and their preventive action proposal to mitigate future disruption;
  • Assure training and assess competences of his dedicated team;
  • Participate to improve processes in line with the Regulatory requirements, CAME, Maintenance Control Procedures Manual (MCPM) and OMM company policy;
  • Process owner;
  • Any project given by the Head of Maintenance and Engineering.


Requirements: 


  • University technical degree (minimum - BSc) or minimum 10 Years licensed Engineer Part 66;
  • Fluent English knowledge;
  • A320FAM type training (Level III);
  • Thorough knowledge of Part-145 and Part-M regulations;
  • Five years relevant work experience within CAMO organization;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Good knowledge of AMOS and MS Office tools.
  • Working Conditions: day shift pattern 5 On – 5 Off
